Our annual Presidents Gala will take place over the weekend 26-28 September 2025. We are keeping the usual format of distance swims on Friday evening with all other events taking place on Saturday & Sunday.
GALA NOW CLOSED – ACCEPTED ENTRIES & REJECTIONS FILES BELOW – trying not to reject too many (Most rejected due to No Times being supplied even after extending deadline & club being chased with no response)

Spectators will be allowed to all sessions, charges will be £5 for a session or £8 a day each day, with raffle tickets at £1 per strip (Friday entry will be free of charge as always)
To avoid unnecessary cash handling, it is requested that spectators please bring the correct amount of money for their entry and raffle tickets for each session.
Car parking is on the pay-and-display car park, no free parking is available as was available in previous years, the first 2 hours are confirmed as free of charge for the weekend as long as you enter your registration onto the iPad at the leisure centre reception (if the system is down a sheet may be in uses in the sports centre reception), parking on the car park opposite the centre and at the side of the football field will incur the standard charges for the duration of your stay and are not free.
Large swim bags are not allowed on the poolside and should be placed in a locker for a refundable charge of £1, please only bring a small bag 30cm x 30cm onto the poolside with your spare cap, goggles & snacks for the session.
Please note that only swimmers entered into that session and coaches/support staff with passes will be permitted onto the poolside due to limited numbers for H&S.
