Annual Fees
There is a yearly Swim England (SE) registration fee that covers you for membership and insurance purposes whilst being instructed and/or at any events with the club. Any member just joining the club will need to pay the yearly SE fee if not already paying at another registered club. Fees for 2025 are £45 for competitive swimmers or £24 for non-competitive swimmers).
Members must pay these fees via Swim Manager. Fees can be paid in three instalments via the ‘Shop’ section of Swim Manager – there are items for ‘Club Compete ASA Fee’, one for May, June and July, for competitive swimmers. For non-competitive swimmers, use the ‘Club Train ASA Fee’ items instead. If you wish to pay all three instalments at the same time, you can do this by adding them all to the basket at once.
Important: after clicking ‘Add to Basket’ you need to scroll to the top of the page to view your basket and click the green ‘Check Out’ button, then ‘Place Order’ on the following page, in order for the fees to be paid. Payments are taken automatically using the direct debit information you supplied when setting up payment for the monthly squad fees.
Training Fees
Over-16 swimmers may pay £25 p/m if a previous club member for the past 5 years, on the Masters’ squad times (or alternative times at the coaches discretion), else squad rates apply.
Please note the above rates take into account gala dates of our own, SE Cumbria and SE Northwest competitions.
Please remember that all WASC poolside staff and committee members are volunteers who give up their time freely to support the swimmers and club activities, PLEASE GET INVOLVED.
