Land Training for swimmers

Land training to supplement your swim sessions

In our online sessions, learn from our workshops, improve your overall body fitness levels with our complimentary exercises for swimmers and feel better about yourself.

Online Classes

We run online classes via Zoom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, where all levels are welcome. If you’re a total beginner don’t worry, we are happy for you to rest as you build the stamina to help improve your body.

In-Person Land Training

We now also offer a weekly group land training session on Saturday mornings between 10:30 and 11:30am at Workington Leisure Centre. These are run by our Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Will Appleby. Signup is required via Swim Manager.

The sessions are designed to be accessible to all swimmers to increase strength, flexibility and conditioning to improve athletic performance both in and out of the pool.
